Or get BF member Psimet2001 to lace some Kinlin XR-270 or XR-300 aluminum rims to a PowerTap hub, grab a Garmin Edge bike computer to record the data, and then spring for some professional coaching to make sense of it all. My guess is that using the PowerTap and coaching to drop, say, an additional 50lbs of body weight will make a much bigger difference than shaving a few hundred grams off the wheel weight or increasing aero efficiency by a couple of watts...
