My favourite is a mix I came up with on a 400km brevet, and I called it a Randoccino:
- 1 bottle chocolate Ensure Plus
- 1 can mocha Starbucks Doubleshot
Mix in water bottle, keep on riding. It's coffee and a meal all in one. 490 calories, 13g protein, enough fat and sugar to keep on going.
