not a Columbus dove...and Spinner is a Chinese (IIRC) brand of forkends (which you got here) and other bits. I think you have a modern fork here (note the" lawyer's nubs" )
edit: I stand very corrected...Dutch not Chinese! But you know how easy it is to confuse those two nationalities, so it's a common mistake.
