excellent work!!!! just be careful not to over do it. proper rest and recovery is just as important as training, even for weight loss. I've lost 47 lbs since last June 16 when I started riding, but I have been very careful to listen to my body and push it when I think I can, and rest when it tells me to.

Get your average per day miles up, and the longer distances and the weight loss will come with time. Consistency is the key to both.
