I picked up a set of pedals like this recently from Performance. These have sealed bearings, which are pretty smooth so far. I can't say anything about longevity, but in the 200 miles or so they seem to have broken in a little bit more.

To be honest, these are probably not too different from the Wello M111 pedal that you linked to. Then again, it is Performance where you can return them if you aren't satisfied.
