If the former owner had to change out a campagnolo hub for a freehub, he was probably pretty strong (unless it was "the thing to do" when freehubs came out or something.)

I reiterate that you should probably have a few spare drive-side spokes along just in case. If the wheel was true before, just tension until it runs straight.
