At age 77 I still get in 5,000 miles annually. That's down from my average of 10,000+ miles before I retired.
Am no longer fast and don't ride as far.

my club has a 70 year old who did 10,000 last year (phoenix), I am 53, this month is only my 2nd anniversary riding they say the first 5yrs you can improve the most so I figure I got 3 more years to be at my peak
