Holy smokes you guys are lucky! Here in Ca. they set up check points, sometimes 2 or 3 a week. If you don't have up to date stickers, license, insurance, your vehicle is towed by one of the 25or so tow trucks waiting for business.

I got stopped once for "one" of the lightbulbs being out on my rear plate.
