Wheel trued but not straight

Hi all!

I just got new Mavics A719. The problem is that although they are trued perfectly and they sit all the way at the bottom of fork dropouts the rim is not centered between the forks at the point near the bottom bracket. Between the forks around the brake area everything is fine, it's perfectly in the center but if you follow the rim down to the horizontal forks it's there that the rim leans to the right. What to do? ;( Is that because the spokes on one side are tightened too much causing the rim to be off the center of the hub? As I said the wheels are trued and there's no problem.

Thanks in advance guys and gals!
