At least one of the people in this thread is an attorney.

I am not one but being reasonably aware of the legal process and recent events and my guess is that Pcad is right; a federal grand jury will find out the truth, whatever it may be.

If Martha Stewart couldn't maintain a cover-up, and she could throw Armstrong money into the street the same way Armstrong could throw mine, then Lance won't be able to either. Assuming there is something to cover up and that I can't answer. If I could I'd be hiding from process servers, I'd imagine.
