60+ miles of rocky North Idaho downhill runs/trails, at 3/4 - 7/8 full-on one-run race pace, for a total of 37,400 vertical feet . . . in the course of 8 hrs. (8-hour endurance downhill - - as many 15-20-minute runs as you could manage in eight hours).
