Best Offer. To me, if I'm the seller, the Best offer is the highest....far be it from me to interrupt a bidding war between two bike nuts who both want my bike.
Thats like 2 girls arguing over who gets to take me home at the end of the night....it never happens and if it does I'm holding out for the best offer
