Remove bb with bb tool by rotating tool towards the front of the bike. Non-driveside side is traditional threading, driveside is reverse threading. Removal of the headset is accomplished by breaking things down until only the headset cups remain in the frame. Get mr. hammer and mr. headset cup removal tool, whack 'em out, and you're good.
On a decent frame, reaming and facing are generally not necessary; don't even think about trying it on a ti frame. Ti frame+tools=useless tools.
