my doctor was pleasantly surprised at my weight. He muttered something about it being hard to keep off. I think he missed the part where I had not seen him in 3 years, which probably translates into a loss of .15 lbs/ week or some else very sustainable.
God help you all if I ever stop eating like 3,500 calories a day. Of course my lack of self discipline won't allow it. I ride so I can eat, but whatever.
I also am loaded with water everyday. What is normal? I drink well over a gallon every day.
I just drink water or iced tea continously throughout the day. I don't know how much it is. I usually drink about 12oz. per 10 miles when riding, depending on the heat.
