Did 100km of riding yesterday which was a good mix of urban, road, some fresh gravel, and even some trails and was packing a crap load of gear to boot... it is quite a commute.
Those bags have my work clothes, tools, and a set of tandem cranks on them and there's a saddle / stoker stem on the rack.
