Listen I am just saying - times are changing; different people live in this area... people who are for one reason or another (just don't want to get to much into this discussion or this gets moved to P & R ) won't suffer the consequences of killing a cyclist. They just won't (and don't). People who don't have money don't pay fees and penalties. Most don't have licenses to lose to begin with. They don't serve jail time; too much overcrowding.

Don't be a statistic that's all I ask. I would hate for your family to be posting a blog about their loss...
