My wife and I are going to the Wisconsin Dells with her parents in mid September. I am probably going to stay 2-3 extra days and ride some trails in Wisconsin. Any suggestions? I've heard of the Elroy-Sparta Trail through the tunnels. Anyone done this? What are your experiences? I figured one day riding the 30+ miles, spending the night and then riding the Trail back to my car.

I hope this is OK in the Touring section. I will be credit card touring for sure carrying just a small load in my Topeak fold-out panniers. This is what I did last year with a couple of friends on the Katy Trail in Missouri.
