Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

One thing is that they really do have 3 hands. Usually the rider is holding the bike up and steady so the mechanic doesn't have to balance the bike while removing and reinstalling the wheel.
