They never mentioned it. Which was odd because it was obvious that Contador was not comfortable with his positioning through out the entire TT. No way is he supposed to be moving about in the saddle that much on completely flat sections of road. The only thing I was thinking was that he was scooting forward to get extra thrust down on the pedal to maintain the gear he was turning due to the high winds. In some places it was as head wind.

Maybe there will be a post race interview that will talk about it.
