I just bought a park TS2.2 Professional truing stand complete w/base, TM-1 tension meter and four spoke wrenches, lightly used, as a 'Buy it Now' for 200 bucks shipped. Also, My Maddy frameset was a $110 'Buy it Now'. Both screaming deals, IMO.

Good deals can still be found on eBay, you've just got to be careful.
