There are a lot of old Nitto and SR bars fitting that description floating around on CL and the 'bay. Back in the day, they were standard equipment on all Japanese road bikes - not a great situation for someone as big as me, but could benefit you. Oh, and virtually all of them were 25.4, not 26.0.
