Don't worry. I have no plans to flip it, nor do I want to take advantage of my co-worker/friend. He did say however that if it were not to work out I can do whatever I want with it. He knows that if I were to sell it I would try to make sure somebody wants it for the right reasons. He also has not tried to sell it because of the hassle he would have to go through. I am going to find out tomorrow what size frame it is. So we'll see.
