So you are looking for "shallow reach" bars. Most Rando style bars, including the Sakae Road Champion and the Nitto B176 would fit the bill, if you are looking at 25.4 or 26 clamp. If you are willing to go with a 26.4 stem, Cinelli 64 (Giro d' Italia) will be the way to go.
