No these bars that I'm hunting for are for my wifes Trek. She is OK w/ the current bars but, it's still a bit of a stretch to ride the hoods. We ordered interrupter levers (think cyclo cross levers) to go on the flats of her bars and a set of short reach levers (her hoods were cracked anyway). That should take care of the braking issue, she said she just wasn't comfortable reaching like that to stop.
