Hmmmm funny how he didn't reply to my email yet. The one that had the video with all the things that are wrong with the bike. I sent another email today though saying that i needed to have an address and that i needed to take the bike to him. I stated that an exchange or refund is fine and reminded him about the warranties. Can't remember the rest. I think i said we needed to move on this as too much time has passed and the bike is not working. Oh i did mention that i was on a bike forum blah blah blah. Anyway i think i will get onto ebay now. Thanks for finding that stuff out as i think i sent a couple of emails before i bid/won the item and i got a reply like that about the bike. Not good enough!
Wow I didn't realise it has been more than 3 weeks since i got the bike. I emailed ebay anyway as their live help agent is not functioning right now and stated everything. I will get onto the live agent tomorrow anyway. I gotta track these people down!
The fact he didn't reply to you can be good or bad. It is possible he is waiting for info from the manufacture or someone else.
