No concern to me really. I have steel frames with paint missing from the 80's, they have not rusted. On the worst one, I apply some oil now and then, but that's it. Unless you're riding on salted roads in the winter, I'd say just let it go.
A bike is a tool, yes? Tools are meant to be used, and scratches are just part of it. The only perfect paint job is when the bike is new.
