the new signs in the MUTCD, signs seen all over california also reiterate this duty of FRAP actually means full lane use.

I don't see how trying to pin the entirety of the basis on cyclists allownces to NOT share roads by operating FRAP totally on the use of the word "or" in NC GO 20-146.

its a terrible position to leave cyclists in.

Far better to rally behind and teach the correct, more clearly defined duty of FRAP=full lane use when the lane is not wide, and share them when they are.

this is the duty of cyclists in your state regardless if you think the inclusion of the word "or" in your states' SMV-FRAP law allows cyclists a simple suggestion to do so.
