He said he would send me a new battery and charger if that is also playing up as it does play up i think. It runs out pretty quick! I didn't answer except to say yes that it runs out real quick but i think he is wanting a quick fix and for me to go away.
An extra battery is great but it doesn't fix your problem though. I am guessing he is blind and stupid. I had a simular problem with a massage chair ($1500) I bough on EBay. It lasted 2 weeks before I started having problems. The Ahole sent me parts twice and I made the repairs but he won't return calls or emails. So the $1500 investment lasted me about a year and during that time I was constantly repairing this peace of poop. I will never buy something like this on EBay again.. I hope you have better luck with the knot head your dealing with.
