Geez that is not good news. You spent some big dollars there for that poop. I also got a pilates machine the week before this with little instruction on how to partially assemble it and i have had problems with it but being entirely mechanical and me having used a similar machine before i have largely got around the problems. It is usable and i could not have afforded anything pricier than this. I keep saying to my friends to not touch it as i had a stronger machine and several of them used to come over and bounce on it...damn them. No more! At least with the old one i found it on the street so it was a pain to have it broken but the one i paid for no one is going near it.
I am sure if my Dad lived closer he could fix this damn thing in a minute as he is good with electricals and mechanical things.

Ebay was about as good as a screen door on a submarine. No they did nothing and he is still selling on Ebay plus on the general internet. Because I had already made my rating and comments before my problems started I couldn't even trash him that way. I try not to think about it anymore or it will drive me crazy.
