I bought the same bike. About a week and half ago. Bought Monday at my door Friday. Honestly took less than 30 minutes to put together. I threw the reflectors away so had no problem. Gears work fine...slight adjusting....removed rim reflectors. Also had to adjust the brakes. I really like the bike and have rode about 100 miles in the last 10 days or so. I guess the next purchase will be clipless pedals and shoes.

Bought my helmet, Cages, Bottles, Gloves, Bike Shorts, Air pump, Extra tubes, seat bag and other assorted goodies at LBS and big box stores.

All said and done for about $500 for Bike and everything. If I stick with it til next spring then I will buy something sick.

Verecky - do you have any probles when you come out of the saddle. Seems like the bike is hard to control. Not sure if that would be a problem related to the bike or if coming out of the saddle requires lots of practice?
