Bikes: 2004 Giant OCR, 2002 Specialized Stumpjumper, 2008 Trek 6500 Disc

I have an appt on Thurs. If I can't get it cleared up by then, I will be in the docs. I'm using bacitracin, not neosporin. I have heard bad things about neosporin. Any other OTC that would be good for getting rid of infections?
