Eh, thats an ok price. Not a steal, but not a bad buy in any way if its in good condition. I bought my 09 Langster in 09 for 525$. $250 would be a good price though. Even $275.

Further years came with a better crank (The Messenger over the Sugino Comp). Looks as if the geometry shifted slightly too in the later years. But I know for a fact they changed the fork out on later models. That fork is not my favorite.
