Oh ****!!!! Sorry to hear that. I haven't given feedback yet. Dunno if my knothead knows it or not. I learnt from a couple of other faulty items i got from other sellers to hold back but have mad a mistake in giving feedback too soon before. One nice seller eventually just refunded me and didn't even want the item back. Basically it was something that they just didn't know how to resolve. Could have been working but they ran out of ideas on how to help.
I better get on the live help thing and see what i can do. I think i can report that it is a faulty item or something.
