If the bike was given to you all you need to do is read all the model #'s off the parts. They are stamped on them. For example STI shifters, the part # is stamped underneath the hood. Derailleurs somewhere on a flat section. I don't think the brakes have anything though. Cranks and BB have it printed as well.
