Unless that Lemond is equally as old as the Trek your back wheel is very likely not going to fit unless you coldset the frame to take the wider new wheel. Other than that and assuming that the Lemond is a one inch fork all the rest should move over nicely unless your steer tube is too short for the Trek's head tube.
