Some of the things you mentioned you probably do not need to replace...

specifically, you can cut the hub out of your old front wheel, clean, replace, and repack the bearings and the hub should roll like butter.

Also, you may not need a chain tensioner if you still have the old rear derailleur... give it a thourough cleaning and lock it into place with the limit screws to hold the chain on the cog.
