Bikes: Moots Vamoots, Colnago C60, Santa Cruz Stigmata CC, and too many other bikes I don't ride

The key is to find the right gear where you can concentrate on a smooth spinning motion. You should try to get the feeling that you are not deliberately pushing or pulling.
