That's what I meant for him to do. I am getting improvement from what I'm doing, I won't worry about comparing my stress values against others as long as that continues. Also, 6-10hrs a week is about all I can put together right now. I think you're both putting in more time than I'm currently able, so I'm just doing my best to maximize the time I have.
