This one here is certainly a Losa frame, the cutouts in the Headlugs make it final. Nice frame you got there, giovanni made some real nice frames, you can be happy about it.
True, it wouldn't hold up in a court of law, but at least the fork was close enough for me to vote that Losa made that much of it...and we'd never have gotten that much if you hadn't "offered evidence" . Now we got to use it again for a positive ID...another case closed!
