Wow. Congratulations on surviving!

I figure the odds of me getting slammed from behind by a truck someday are 50%
or higher. It would be good to make it through the experience as well as you have.

(And don't assume that they've found everything that might be wrong. I once had a series of x-rays and they didn't find the break until a week later.)
