Him: "hey man, you're gonna need a whole new crank, the same size as yours, along with a new chain, and probably the front deraileur as well....it's gonna be about $580 including labor charges."
me: "wow. ok man, thanks"
i walked out of there, went to the same name store at another location.
them: "your bolt was loose, i am gonna tighten it up and check it out for you.."
20 minutes later
them: "here you go man, i adjusted the gear for you, tightened up the bolt and your bottom bracket, you should be ok....put air in your tires as well."
me: "how much do i owe you?"
them: "nothing, just keep coming to us for parts when you need them man, that's all."
