This is my biggest problem with recovery rides. Even when you're recovering, you're suffering.
Different question: do you guys test critical power indoors or outdoors?
I test indoors to eliminate variables like wind and traffic, but it's messing me up mentally watching my numbers come in lower than my race/TT efforts. Like at the 5-minute mark of the test I did this morning, my legs were starting to tire at a pace I know I can sustain during a time trial. Any advice? Cover up the watts readout on my computer?
