It doesn't. The OP wants to change bars so since he is buying new bars he wants to know if there is a set that could possibly hide the cables more. I posted the Deda bars because they have a rear groove as well as a front groove. Beyond that the only thing would be internal routing. I think the only classic curve bar with dual grooves is the Deda 215 but Ritchey might make one as well.
