if you want traditional (as i infer from you post, a ritchey wcs classic, a 3t rotundo, or something similar), you ain't gonna find one with internal routing. fsa offers internal routing, but they offer nothing with a traditional bend.

besides, the cables are routed incorrectly: the sram shifters have an option for routing to the front or rear of the handlebar, and yours is routed to the rear then cut back to the front. this is a lousy setup. you should have no problem routing both the brake & derailleur cables to the front of the handlebar
