My LBS is so busy that I had to wait a fair amount of time for even minor adjustments.

Still, great to hear that the LBS is doing you well - I'd love to have a relationship like that with mine, but I don't have the time to keep popping on in there on a regular basis. I think the face time is even more important than the dollars spent - I dropped big money on the Cervelo I own with no hassle - just got fit, and told 'em I'd buy it, but they were so busy that even when I stopped in for the initial adjustment, I had to drop the bike off for 1-2 days. That's gonna be a no-go for me.
