Getting the highest quality frame with the best components is important but it's even more important that whatever bike you choose is the correct size and geometry. Not all bikes in a given stated size are the same as far as geometry between brands. If you are looking for ideal fit then some frames will work well and others not so well. Pay attention to head tube length, top tube length and seat tube angle. I would spend some time reading up on good bike fit then you will will be able to properly evaluate the frame specs on the bikes you are looking at. Nothing sucks more than spending a bunch of money on a new bike and then realizing 2 months later that it's the wrong size/geometry for your body/riding style.
