Just got this yesterday. A great guy sent this to me and knew i was "paranoid" about sending money to someone i didnt know, so he sent it to me without taking any money before hand (i sent the money today). Afraid i am one of those guys that are worried about all the scams one hears about these days.
Anyway, back to the bike, i believe its a circa 1985 model. just love chrome. columbus sl. mostly record parts. the big question is....is the c record front and rear derailleurs original or had they been added later? dont think c record was available in the mid/late 80s? Just took it out for a nice little spin and it rode like a dream. gearing a little high for some of the hills around here in Auburn Ca. (24/42 lowest) but still...fantastically fun to ride
