Correct. That's widely known as Gate Hill Road, which is incorrect, it's actually W.Grove Road. I haven't felt that fried on that climb in a couple of years. I had nothin at the end today. The problem is that I'm still 20+ miles from home at the top of that climb, and there's still a considerable amount of grinding climbing after that.
I am not bouncing back from this ride today. I'll feel better tomorrow.
so is this your sunday ride: go to nyack by ways of harriman, do the rocket ride, and go back home? damn, that's insane. i just hope i can do that when i'm in my late 40's

yeah, guilty as charged; i was in my columbia kit. i was actually surprised that there weren't more cyclist. when i passed you, i saw the figure of a cyclist first, then the brauer kit, then the 404, and i was pretty certain it was you. i actually wanted to stop, head back & say hi, but my legs were too toasted. my ride back to NYC afterwards sucked, and i was so tired after the GWB that i said eff it & took the subway home. it's not a lot of fun when my HR is jacked & i'm going 16mph...
