If you don't mind me chiming in on this one, I've had experience similar to rollin's. If it is not hot and humid, they're fine. Once the humidity kicks in, the base layer seems to get in the way, and an unzipped jersey with air moving directly over the skin feels better to me. The most notable base layer I've tried was the Craft ProCool mesh sleeveless. I've also tried materials like Coolmax Alta and TechWick friom EMS.

Is there another one that you (or anyone else) feel is superior to the Craft in hot and humid conditions?
