Many cheaper 3-speed bikes that I have seen do not have a Sturmey-Archer AW-3 hub, but a 3-speed hub that looks like a clone, stamped "AUSTRIA."

I have one here that I would like to try to overhaul. Is it a clone of the Stumey Archer?

Does anyone have the link that I can't seem to find today to overhualing one?
